Comic Action Heroes (Action Figures)
Mego Corp. found big success with their series of 8" tall action figure dolls The World's Greatest Super-Heroes!', which featured the biggest names in comics books to date. But soon after, a new trend was taking place by such figure lines as Kenner's 'Star Wars'. The 3 3/4" tall action figure.
In an attempt to capitalize on this new trend, Mego brought out their own brand of smaller figures, Comic Action Heroes. Each of these figures featured six points of articulation and came with thier own accessory and base. But this toyline wasn't limited to action figures. It also featured several vehicles and large playsets themed for specific characters.
